Senior Interior Designer
Marvel is seeking a gifted Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to build a department and lead teams from concept design to completion. Our approach integrates Interior Design in the earliest phases of Architecture and Planning, with a portfolio of new construction projects that bridge private space and the public realm, including multi-family and luxury housing, theaters, schools, and large-scale public spaces in and beyond New York City.
Qualified applicants are talented designers capable of producing unique concepts and communicating those designs through working drawings and renderings; developing schedules; and delivering presentations. Applicants are knowledgeable of contemporary trends, pricing, and sources of furniture, finishes, and fixtures. The position requires management of consultants, delegation of work assignments and providing direction to multiple project teams. Applicants must be proficient in AutoCAD 2015 and 3d modelling and rendering, with Revit project experience a plus. Candidates must have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interior Design or Advanced Degree in Architecture, with strong organization, team building and management skills.

Senior Architect
Marvel Architects is an 80-person firm with a diverse portfolio of projects in New York City and beyond. We are seeking gifted architects who love to build what they design and have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in documentation and construction administration of multi-family and luxury housing, theaters, schools, or large-scale public projects.
Qualified applicants will have demonstrated experience leading design teams through completion of distinctive projects of at least 50,000 sf. and a portfolio of distinctive work. The position requires client interface, management of consultants, delegation of work assignments and providing direction to junior staff. Applicants must be proficient in AutoCAD 2015 and 3d modelling and rendering, and Revit project experience. Candidates must have a Masters of Architecture degree. A New York State Architectural License and LEED accreditation are preferred but not required. The candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and organizational qualities and team-building skills.

Graphics and Marketing Coordinator
Marvel Architects is a dynamic, award-winning 80-person firm with offices in New York City and San Juan. Our portfolio includes projects that bridge private space and the public realm, including multi-family housing, theaters, schools, and large-scale public spaces in and beyond New York City. Our practice is growing – we are seeking an articulate and enthusiastic designer with proven graphics abilities, excellent communications and writing skills, and familiarity with social media to develop proposals and competitions for our thriving New York office. The ideal candidate is well-versed in contemporary architecture and development trends, has a minimum of 5 years’ experience developing architectural competition entries and requests for proposals, and works well independently and with larger teams.

Junior Architect/Model Maker
Marvel Architects is seeking gifted designers and architects who design and communicate by drawing, modelling, and building.
Qualified applicants will be capable of managing feasibility studies, producing schematic designs and working drawings. Applicants must be proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino and Revit, with a portfolio of physical models. Candidates must have either a Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture degree as well as strong organization, teamwork, and time management skills.
