Mixed-Use Tower in Brooklyn Heights Designed by Marvel Architects Tops Out
A mixed-use tower on the edge of Brooklyn Heights, named The Pierrepont and landing just outside the historic district, has finally topped out.
Designed by Marvel Architects, the 20-story building at 146 Pierrepont Street spans the block between Pierrepont and Montague, situated between Cadman Plaza West and Clinton Street. According to building records, there will be 88 rental apartments and commercial space on the ground floor facing both Pierrepont and Montague.
According to the architect’s website, 20 percent of the units in the building will be affordable.
