Marvel Architects assisted the owners of the I. Miller building at 1552 Broadway to install 9,000 square feet of LED signage on this historic building. The 1926 landmark building itself has undergone a full restoration.
The Bear Island Design Assembly 2013 Project: Farm Stand for Islesboro Central School, received a Citation for Excellence in Architecture from the AIA Vermont, awarded to McLeod Kredell Architects and Marvel Architects.
