New York, NY
The Harvard Club project is a 2000 SF addition to an eight story, 1915 landmark building designed by McKim, Mead & White. This complicated renovation includes the rooftop bar, outdoor terrace, men’s locker room, business center, eight guest rooms and kitchenette while keeping the club open and fully functional. This required multiple relocations throughout the phasing of the project. This addition and all the code compliance issues for renovation required extensive analysis for one of the very first buildings to be named a New York City landmark.
