Work in all phases: Pursuits (Business Developmental), Preliminary design, Master Planning, Concept Design, SD, DD, CD and CA; Work under senior Registered Architect; Communicate with client to determine - preferences, purpose, function, budget, types of construction, and other factors; Provide sustainable and high performance designs and coordinate projects in urban context, adaptive reuse, residential, educational, & cultural design; Work in technical aspects:  programming, site & environmental analysis, engineering systems coordination, zoning analysis, cost analysis, code research; Coordinate project with all consultants with specialty and engineering knowledge and experience; Prepare materials for presentation and submissions - including PDC, LPC, SHPO, HPD, ULURP, DOB,  OMB; Render design ideas in scale drawings, 3D models, illustrations and reports; Utilize software: Rhino, AutoCAD, VRay, Revit, Adobe CS, MS Office; Supervise 3-5 jr. designers (depending on project size and scope).

Requirements: Bachelor of Architecture + 2 years related architectural experience
