Astin Jacobo is a study for an interactive green facility that would educate the Crotona neighborhood community in The Bronx on sustainability and green jobs with training programs, farm classes and a sustainability center.

The project is meant to improve the quality of middle school education by creating a state-of-the-art facility for children.

It provides more access to fitness opportunities though a gym, dojo, dance studios and baseball field.

The proposal was meant to increase access to healthy food through a community kitchen, farmers market and garden/greenhouse.

With sustainability as key driver of this project, it also intended support local artists with a community theater and art exhibits. Overall, the project sustains the earth, the neighborhood, and the organization.
