Gowanus Green

Gowanus Green is a mixed-use project that plans to redevelop a six-acre brownfield with a vibrant new residential community. Incorporating the community’s visioning principles, it is also aimed at reconnecting the Carroll Garden’s neighborhood to the Gowanus Canal with innovative and environmentally sensitive public open spaces.
