Northeast Bronx YMCA

The Northeast Bronx YMCA, a LEED Gold certified project, creates a community campus for Community District 12, alongside NYCHA’s Baychester and Edenwald Houses. The YMCA’s vision was to build a facility that meets the wide-ranging needs of the economically diverse youth and families that live in the Northeast Bronx and provide access for neighborhood families to a state-of-the-art community hub, a space for everyone from children to seniors to engage in safe and fun recreational activities.
