Pier A Plaza
Pier A is a 28,000-square-foot multi-experiential bar and restaurant located in Battery Park on the New York Harbor. Marvel worked with developers to create the original vision for the occupancy and reactivation of the pier as a food and beverage destination enclosed within the historic building’s envelope.
Siteplan
The Battery Park City Authority worked with the design team on developing the surrounding plaza, which is estimated to accommodate thousands of commuters, park visitors, and tourists. Apart from its recreational value, the space connects Battery Park with Battery Park City. It also creates a link to the West Side via a water front bicycle path.
