Pierhouse is made up of a 106-unit condominium, a 300-car below-grade parking garage, a 17,000 SF event space, and a 195-key hotel within a 620,000 SF complex of connected buildings which range from four to ten stories.

Pierhouse integrates the built and natural environment to address the need for increased resiliency. One of the driving decisions during the competition was for every unit to have a waterfront view. To achieve this, every unit is a duplex, accessed by a single-loaded 'skip-stop' corridor, allowing upper or lower floors respectively to be floor-through. ©Evan Joseph
