Marvel y Marchand Architects created an office space reminiscent of the design studio environments of their academic years. Key to this project was designing a space that fulfilled their vision, keeping that project in tune with the urban scale and respecting the characteristics established by the zoning district of Condado, and developing the construction without having to relocate operations.
